The Portfolio, Programme, and Project Offices (P3O®) framework provides a structured approach for organizations to effectively manage their portfolios of projects and programs.
The P3O® Practitioner Exam Preparation Course is designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the P3O® Practitioner exam.
Participants will delve into advanced concepts of portfolio, programme, and project management, enabling them to contribute to the successful implementation and maintenance of P3O® practices within their organizations.

Objectives

P3O Practitioner training provides students with an understanding of how to deploy a portfolio, programme, or project management office (PMO) using the P3O
framework.
